Terms of Service

General Rules

BY PAYING FOR A COMMISSION YOU ACCEPT MY TERMS OF SERVICE.• You (the commissioner) will receive a digital copy of the commissioned artwork unwatermarked and in full resolution.• I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.• Using my art for AI Training is not allowed.• I have the right to post the commissions on my social media and portfolio. Private/NDA fees will be 35% of the price.• Provide neat references (images, their personality, theme, aesthetics, color palette, expression). Please write in a clear and nice manner.• I have the right to decline any commission, for whatever reason.

Payment and Refunds

• All commissions must all be paid in full upfront and done via Paypal only.• If you wish to purchase all rights to the piece, please contact me for pricing.• Once work has started I do not accept refunds.• Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled without refund.• Commissions are only for personal use. If you want to use it for commercial purposes please inform me first.

Revisions

• You are allowed up to 1 minor change (so please, be clear in your request).• Please be sure to mention any preferred aspect ratio you want.• You can only change pose/expression of the character during sketch phase.• I'll not do any major changes after a commission is finished.

Deadlines and Delivery

• Timeframe: 5-8 weeks (depending on many factors such as order of commission, complexity, work, college or health issues).• If for some reason I'm unable to meet these deadlines you will be notified ASAP.

• You can contact me via ko-fi or instagram.• I only work monday to friday, so please be patient that I might not reply your contact message during the weekend.I can do
